EDU-FIT’s comprehensive curriculum was developed by NASM Master Instructors and subject matter experts with decades of experience training clients AND teaching students.
You may be debating the value of signing up for a live, in-person course versus a self-study package from NASM. Make no mistake, these two options are completely different experiences.
Our courses includes all the same content and materials you get directly from NASM, plus much more. We guide you step-by-step through every part of the registration, test prep, and exam taking process. From the first step of creating your education account with NASM all the way to exam day, you will have constant access to your instructor and course resources to help you along the way.
But the benefits of being an EDU-FIT student don't end after passing your certification exam. All certified graduates receive lifetime job placement assistance and professional mentorship to help with anything that comes up along your professional journey. This includes continuing education advice, programming help, and access to future job opportunities.
Cheaper test prep courses offered at local universities might look tempting, but these programs are also not the same as ours. The prices advertised for these programs usually do not include the cost of course materials or the certification exam fee ($599 alone!), and they won't help you find a job or connect you to the South Florida fitness industry.
EDU-FIT is the only Miami personal trainer certification program to offer the NASM CPT content in a structured, weekly hands-on format. And yes, your course materials, exam fees, and job placement assistance are all included!
Classes are taught by a NASM Master Instructor and delivered in a mixed format of multimedia lectures, class discussions, and hands-on practice. The virtual portions of the course and textbook readings are completed at your own pace each week, and classes are held once a week in a fully-operating health club.
EDU-FIT enrolls a maximum of 12 students per course to ensure a personalized and accelerated learning experience.

Mark has been an integral part of the South Florida health and fitness community for over 15 years. He has literally helped thousands of people just like you get certified and start their careers. As a trainer, he has worked with nearly every type of client in nearly every setting including large health clubs, small private studios, in-home training, and outdoors. As an educator, he teaches Exercise Science classes for several Universities. He also teaches NASM's national workshops as an NASM Master Instructor, and has presented at several national conferences.
